Join us for an in-depth look at pairing reds and whites with everything from soft and gooey Brie, fresh and creamy chevre, aged, and extra-aged cheeses: this may come in very handy for your next dinner party.

Gorgeous Gamay

What is the most under-appreciated and yet food-versatile grape on the planet? Gamay! Its origins date back over 600 years, living in Pinot Noir's shadow on Burgundy's outskirts. But there is much more to this varietal than the super-fun, easy-drinking Beaujolais Nouveau. Come explore the various expressions of Gamay, from bubbly and light, to dark and serious. Tickets are $10 with $10 store credit towards tasted wines.

Binology 101: The Basics of Wine Tasting

We look at the typical characteristics of popular grape varietals and explain the terminology and techniques of wine tasting and learn how to recognize the subtle and subjective flavors of wine.

The world's fifth largest wine exporter, Australia boasts a long history of viticulture, varied terroirs, and grape varieties. We'll travel "down under" to explore all these consumer-friendly wines have to offer. Tickets are $29.
