What better way to spend Valentines' Day with your sweetheart than exploring the rich and delicious world of Dessert Wines with your tour guides at the Bin. We will look in depth at how these luscious wines are crafted, the regions from which they come, and the varietals used. Look to taste Sherry, Port, Banyuls and the queen of dessert wines, Sauternes. Traditionally, festivities for this holiday last fifteen whole days; while you may not have two weeks to spare, an evening or two tucked in with takeout and a good bottle of wine is definitely a worthy celebration. But what to drink? Wines with delicate touches of fruity sweetness balance out spiciness without overwhelming the palate with sticky sugar and bring out the best in many Asian foods.
