California is the largest US wine producing state and home to some of the finest domestic wines.The North Coast, which includes Mendocino, Sonoma and Napa Counties, is considered to be the epicenter of fine wine production, and this is where we focus our attention this Binology. We'll explore significant variances in AVA's and vineyard sites and how they effect the varietals that thrive there. Tickets are $39
