New Arrival

Domaine La Garrigue "La Cantarelle" Vacqueyras 2012

This 80/20 split of Grenache and Syrah is a knockout example of sensuous Southern Rhone red. 100+ year-old vines growing deep in limestone soil have produced a layered, complex baby-Chateauneuf that will drink beautifully for another 5-8 years. Primal tones of olive tapenade, cassis and earth seduce you into this voluptuous, full-bodied sensation. Dark fruit and notes of melted licorice lead to a persistent, memorable conclusion.
